“those cold and timid souls”

It’s been awhile, but we are back and very excited. We have put together a lot of great content and it’s all going to be coming your way! If you want 2018 to be your year, you have to step up and out of your comfort zone. Get involved, become a doer! I want to share this very powerful quote with you from Theodore Roosevelt :
“It is not the critic who counts; not the man who points out how the strong man stumbles, or where the doer of deeds could have done them better. The credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena, whose face is marred by dust and sweat and blood; who strives valiantly; who errs, who comes short again and again, because there is no effort without error and shortcoming; but who does actually strive to do the deeds; who knows great enthusiasms, the great devotions; who spends himself in a worthy cause; who at the best knows in the end the triumph of high achievement, and who at the worst, if he fails, at least fails while daring greatly, so that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who neither know victory nor defeat.”
One of my favorite quotes and very powerful! Sometimes investing or getting involved with income producing properties can be overwhelming at first, but you have to get involved, become a doer, you can do it! The only thing separating you from the ones doing the deals is the knowledge, get the knowledge and the sky is the limit, anything is possible. Speaking of knowledge, later this week my next post will be about how you can begin and invest in real estate if you have no money. I’ll share my thought about that and the answer is yes absolutely you can! I can’t wait to tell you all about it.
